Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Ideal for the intimate wedding ceremony and reception, River Farm affords the bride and groom a natural setting to take vows and a classically charming location to celebrate with friends and family.

After reviewing the information on this website, we suggest scheduling a visit to the venue. Wedding tours take approximately a half hour and can be scheduled Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact Sarah Christie at schristie@ahs.org to schedule your personal tour.

Some basic information to get you started:

• Guest list size is recommended at 160 or less. Will accommodate 200 with extra stipulations.

• River Farm is strictly a venue rental, all other rentals are arranged through outside vendors.

• Event end-time curfews are strictly adhered to.

• In-Season is considered April-October (some exceptions do apply).

• The largest indoor space is the Ballroom, seating approximately 50 and with a capacity of 80.

• During the In-Season, an 80 foot x 30 foot tent is situated over the flagstone patio.

• Open flame is not allowed inside or near the estate or under the tent.
