8:30am - 6:00pm Pre-Symposium excursion to visit the children's gardens at The Gardens on Spring Creek and Cheyenne Botanic Gardens (additional registration required)

11:30am - 1:00pm Check-in for pre-symposium excursion to three school gardens in hotel lobby

1:00pm - 6:00pm Pre- Symposium excursion to visit three school gardens with Denver Urban Gardens (additional registration required)

4:00pm - 6:00pm Check-in hotel lobby for symposium attendees

7:30am - 2:00pm Registration desk open outside Mitchell Hall

8:15am Welcome and Opening Announcements, Brian Vogt, CEO Denver Botanic Gardens

9:00am - 10:00am Garden Explorations at DBG

10:15am - 11:15am Session Block 'A'

11:30am - 1:00pm Lunch in Mitchell Hall

12:00pm Keynote Presentation, Louise Chawla with Brooke Gessay

1:15pm - 2:45pm Session Block 'B'

3:00pm Buses leave for Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield for evening dinner/reception

3:00pm A shuttle will be provided from DBG to the hotel for anyone who wishes to not attend the event at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield. Please note: there is no transportation provided from the hotel to Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield.

4:00pm - 7:30pm Dinner and reception at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield (included in registration)

8:00pm Buses depart Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield and return to the hotel
