Events may be hosted both outdoors on the grounds and inside the main estate house. The main level of the estate house is included with most rentals, as is the tent canopy (April-October). The ballroom can fit 50 for a full sit-down meal, or 80 theater-style. Events over 80 people must use the 80' x 30' flagstone patio, which can seat 160 for a full sit-down meal. The parlor can be rented separately as meeting space for 25 people. Chairs and tables are not included. A country kitchen is available to caterers for preparing and heating food.
